The fixed part is converted to the payment currency at the current rate. For example, the fee on a €100 payment is €7.96.

For high volumes
A separate rate, a rate for a specific method or a different settlement period. Terms are set in the dashboard and apply from the next payment.

Settlement and payouts
When do funds become available?
Three days after payment, funds move from “processing” to “available”. The period can differ under custom terms.
What currency are payouts in?
USDT to an address on the TRON network (TRC-20). The balance is converted at the rate at the time of the request, conversion is 1%.
How long does a payout take?
Payouts up to 1,000 USDT to an address that has already received funds go out automatically. The first payout to a new address and large amounts are reviewed manually.
Do I pay for declined payments?
Declined, cancelled and expired payments are free: the fee is only charged on successful ones.
